The new Talbot Inn
The terrace to the right under construction is "Jubilee Terrace 1887" Ormerod Road.

The Current "Old Sparrow Hawk" is still under construct on the open ground to the right bottom of the photo.

Since the "new" existing Talbot is dated 1888 this photo must be dated circa 1886.
