I just noticed I seem to have acquired the title 'Genealogist' from somewhere. Which seems a bit grand for someone who poodles around on ancestry now and again. I'm sure I never did that myself - how did that happen?

Just noticed the Spider lady title. Very funny :lol: :roll: .not to mention tour guide and photographer. You do realise Mel that visitors to the site may think we're all nutters.
Whilst we're on the subject of titles for the "other ranks" I reckon Kris merits Willfinder General - unless of course he prefers to stay on the night shift so to speak.

As my four grandparents were from (alphabetical order) Denbighshire, the Isle of Wight, Lancashire, and Staffordshire - and in earlier generations there's Devon, Flint, Hampshire, Sussex and Warwickshire - can I please be a Mongrel?
