Just a thought, are they connected to the Atkinson joiners and undertakers? The business was in the family for quite a while and I remember Neville Atkinson who ran the firm from 50's onwards?

does anyone have information on Rennie Atkinson, Luke Atkinson, Edith Atkinson, Fanny Atkinson or Nellie Atkinson. Their mum and dads name were Thomas and Nanny They lived in Burnley road in 1911 |
