Wow Kris the top one is my 2xgt grandfather who died in the Morecambe Bay disaster.
Where do you find all these wills?

Hi Gloria, both of these wills relate to the same person, not sure why there was a grant as late as 1931, but maybe that was the year William’s wife died?

She died 11th Jan 1931, so that solves that. :D
They had a son William who she was expecting when he died, looks like he got the remainder. Wonder what the rest got.

Another good one Kris-----Joseph and Amy Brierley were son and daughter of William Brierley who died in the Morecambe Bay disaster. They were my gt gt aunt and uncle.
