We moved into Haggate House Farm Barn (behind the bowling green) a few years ago and we are gradually refurbishing it and brining it up to a standard that is fit to live in. I have been reading this forum for the last couple of years but only just got round to joining.
I think this is a lovely area to live in and I am always interested in the history of any property that I have lived in - and this barn conversion really does have a great character - with an original stone trough in the back garden and an original roof beam in the main barn door entrance.
We are looking forward to many happy years here; just need to focus on all the DIY jobs first
