Interest is relative
From the Lancashire Evening Telegraph, first published Monday 13th Jul 1998.
I HAVE in my possession a diary for 1917 by a Miss Annie Greenwood, of Holt Mill, Briercliffe, Burnley.
It contains information in respect of family, many of them serving overseas during the 'Great War.'
I do not want anything for it, but will gladly pass it on to any relative should they write to me.
K BROXTON (MR), 7 North Street, Water, Rossendale BB4 9QZ.
Converted for the new archive on 14 July 2000. Some images and formatting may have been lost in the conversion.
