Hi, I'm now struggling with the birth of John Bridge who died in 1737, and was buried at St Leonards, Padiham on 20 Oct 1737. He lived at High Whittaker (Whiteacre/Whitacre) and was a farmer. I've discovered a batch of "Bridges" on familysearch - Indexing Project C39520-6 , Source Film 1040343 . I think they could be his children as he married Ellen Wayde in 1693. Can anyone help???? Thank you. |

As far as I can make out they were married in Church which is about 5 miles from Padiham. Apologies if you know the area well. |
