Hi, This probably makes sense to everyone but me, so can someone tell me what this stands for please? "Subs. R. Lancs. bdle. 130, no. 82" I wanted to see if i could read it online, but not sure where to start. Thank you in advance x |

I assume this is for original documents/material held at the archives. It will be the reference number you need to give to staff there so that they can locate what it is you wish to view. |

Dawn, This looks like a Subsidy Roll, which will be an old taxation list. Where is the reference from ? 'Bdle' will be 'bundle'. It is likely to be from the National Archives I think. Rex |

ales, als may be 'alias', for an alternative name or a nickname. Hope you are feeling better, Dawn. Rex |
