A friend of mind tells me that Burnley library is closed until Thursday due to electrical work. Can anyone confirm this?

Oh no!

Chris, you might be able to get the newspapers in Colne or Nelson.

I have just found the same page.

Colne is very good. Christine, one of the assistants there really knows her stuff and will help if you need it.

Nelson is also good but I'm not sure that their facilities are as good as Burnley or Colne.

That is only Monday to Wednesday - slightly better than Monday to Thursday!
