I have been sent this through the LFHHS yahoo forum

Those memebers with Irish Ancestry may be interested to know that a whole lot of Irish Catholic Parish Records have just come onto the Ancestry site - in addition to the Irish Civil Registration Index.

The Catholic Parish records date from about 1742 - with some birth records commencing about 1620.

Currently accessible from the 'View All New Records' section on the Home page

this had me dig out my problem McHales and spend an hour I don't have, ferreting around. (Without success)
