Well when I phoned them on Friday, the lady I spoke to didn't know what it was and couldn't find a reference to it either. I have to phone Christine Bradley tomorrow to get more info from her.
My friend Ian is eagerly waiting to pay the library a visit for me to gather any info that might be there.
Apparently, Caleb Howarth was a Solicitor in Burnley. I have since found his name on several documents I have for my Heptonstall Sutcliffes. It seems Caleb was Henry Sutcliffes solicitor when he moved to Barrowford from Heptonstall.

I'm chomping at the bit right now. Depending on the info from Caleb, I may have taken my Heptonstall Sutcliffes back to pre-1700! Why does it have to be Sunday today! I found loads this morning but there is only so much you can do online!!

I've just spoken to Christine. I have to wait for an email when she has had chance to see what there is. They are short-staffed so she doesn't know when this will be.
I don't think I will be going to look at it as I have loads on this next month or two. Partying as well as research.  Can't believe just how much I do have actually! I normally pace myself so well. :? My Sutcliffe co-researcher lives in Lancs and has said he will go and get the info once Christine has been in touch.
