John BARNES, Deceased
Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd vic., cap. 35.
Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of John Barnes, late of Padiham-road, Burnley, in the county of Lancaster, rope Manufacturer, deceased (who died on the 2nd day of February, 1890, and whse will was proved by Job Duerden, of Burnley aforesaid, Manager in a Paper Bag Warehouse, the surviving executor thereinnamed, on the 25th day of February, 1890, in the Principal Registry, Probate Division, of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims or demands to the undersigned, on or before the 29th day of March, 180; and notice is hereby given, that after that date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executor shall then have notice; and he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice.-Dated this 1st day of March, 1890.
