I've just bought two books from ebay titled 'Old Lancashire Recipes' and 'More Old Lancashire recipes'. I'll add some of them recipes here later.
Just to whet your appetite, you can look forward to Bell-Ringers Flip, Peggys' Leg, Burnley Pie and Kiss-me-quick-pudding to name a few.

I've only had time to glance quickly but they are brill. I only paid about £5.50 inc. P&P for the two of them!!

One of them is available on ebay now.
