I often log in by clicking on my personal e-mail 'topic reply notification' and landing in said topic (as opposed to entering via internet/home page).
However, entering that way the only way I can get to home page and the list on inside choices is by logging out and coming in the front door, so to speak.
Am I missing something?

It's not something I use Sue so I can't be of much help I'm afraid. However, the 'badge' in the top left corner...the one that shows the Briercliffe Society logo does take you to the forum homepage. There is no way from the forum to the main site at the moment as this version of the forum is quite different from the last in its features. The only way to get to the main site would be by deleting the 'talkback' part in the address bar.

I just open a new tab so I can have the home page and the forum runnng at the same time. Useful for flicking back & to if you're looking up records or family trees.

The badge takes me anywhere within the website except back to Home Page IF I am entering the site from my e-mailed 'topic reply notification'. Just wondered....Maureen and Gloria, you are too sophisticated for me! Tabs and such....

The badge will only go to the forum home page Sue, not the home page on the main site. We do not have a link from here to there any more.
