There was a lady at the meeting on Wednesday who is descended from the Worsthorne Leavers and in the early stages of doing her tree. She gave me some bits of information about her family which I was able to tie into Kris's forest BUT
She said that the family were farmers at Bottin (Worsthorne). All the censuses show them at Bottom o'th Town Farm. Does anyone know if these are just different names for the same place?

added 4/2/08:
Since posting this I've worked out they're not the same place at all - they both appear on the 1881 census, but in different enumeration districts
